Rum Shark is a Czech outfit run by the people behind Prague’s rum bars and tasting events, and the bottles carry that hands-on, in-the-room feel. The range leans toward full-proof releases from Belize’s Travellers, Guyana’s Uitvlugt, Jamaican Appleton, Trinidad’s Angostura and TDL, plus the occasional agricole or French-finished oddity under the Era of Discovery line.
