The Whisky Jury is a Belgian outfit better known in whisky circles, but its rum side has built a following for picking casks that lean into character rather than smoothing it out. Most releases land under the The Many Faces of Rum banner, and the spread is wide: ester-heavy Hampden, Long Pond and New Yarmouth from Jamaica, old Enmore and Versailles from Guyana, plus the occasional Fiji or blended curiosity.
