Appleton Estate is one of Jamaica’s oldest rum producers, with roots in the Nassau Valley in the parish of St. Elizabeth. The estate grows its own cane and draws on limestone-filtered spring water, and since 1997 the blends have been overseen by Joy Spence, often cited as the first female master blender in the spirits industry.
