Production leans on named sources rather than blends of mystery stock. The Jamaican Pot Still Black and Gold come from Worthy Park, with heavy pot still funk and overripe banana. The Demerara River line (86 proof, 114 Navy Strength, and the 151 overproof) draws on Guyana stills, bringing burnt sugar, coffee, leather and roasted wood. The Saint Lucia Pot Still uses Vendome pot still spirit, and it is the one reviewers single out, tropical, minty, herbal and concentrated.
