The rums are distilled in Panama and aged in the country’s warm climate, then bottled in a Spanish-influenced style that leans soft, rounded and sweet.

The range spans a handful of expressions. El Oro Del Diablo sits at the entry point, often described as young, fruity and heavy on bourbon-like vanilla. La Reserva Del Diablo carries a 12-year age statement and is the most reviewed, all candied orange, caramel and marzipan. The 15-year Reserva De Bodega is the one enthusiasts point to for tighter wood, dried fruit and a touch of leather and coffee.
