Montebello is a family-run agricole distillery in Petit-Bourg, Guadeloupe, operating out of the Carrère site under the Marsolle family. It works the classic Creole-column route: fresh sugarcane juice, single estate rum distilled on the Basse-Terre side of the island, then aged or bottled unaged for ti’ punch and mixing.
