Oliver & Oliver is a Dominican Republic producer built around blending and solera aging rather than a single working still. Founded by the Oliver family — whose roots trace back to Cuban rum-making before the business relocated and re-established in the Dominican Republic — it now supplies rum and brands sold worldwide, from Ron Quorhum and Opthimus to Esclavo, Presidente Marti and the Relicario line.
