Oliver & Oliver is a Dominican Republic producer best known as the house behind a long list of soft, solera-aged brands — Ron Quorhum, Opthimus, Presidente Marti, Ron Esclavo, Relicario and Unhiq among them. The company traces its roots to a Cuban rum-making family, the Olivers, who re-established their business in the Dominican Republic, blending and aging imported and local rum rather than running a traditional cane-to-bottle estate.
