Rhum J.M rises on Martinique’s lush north coast beneath Mount Pelée, where estate sugarcane and ocean winds shape a benchmark agricole style. Founded in 1845 and still distilled on Creole copper columns from fresh‑pressed cane juice, the house is celebrated for precise fermentation, volcanic‑mineral character and tropical aging in American and French oak.
