Trois Rivières sits in the south of Martinique, on an estate whose roots reach back to the early 18th century when the land was granted to a former governor. It works within the island’s AOC framework, distilling fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses, and today runs one of the more recognizable ranges in French agricole rum.
