You can reach our central contact point for Member State authorities, the Commission and the Board (Art. 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) as well as for users of our service (Art. 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) by email at info@rumx.com. Communication is available in German, English and French. You can report illegal content via this contact point at any time; we review reports promptly and provide reasons for our decision.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German VSBG). The former EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
