Un rhum très fruité (pomme / poire / raisin) et assez confit avec quelques épices (vanille / cannelle) structuré d'un jeune bois. La final est courte et légère. Le rhum évolue très peu. Un bon moment passé a le déguster mais trop léger et doux pour moi.
