Round thing from Hawaii. Somehow similar to West Indies Barbados rums! Overall it could just be a bit milder, the alcohol is unfortunately not so well integrated... And price-wise I really find 55€ way too much for a rum that's only 4 years young...

#4271 28.09.2023 One of the samples from the Whisky N Rum Show in Copenhagen. Well, this is a relatively cheap rum and you get what you pay for. A light and medium sweet rum with some fruity and floral notes. A bit out of balance between the elements. The empty glass has light chocolate notes.

A pleasant rum with good flavors of coconut, banana and spice.... Unfortunately too diluted

I actually like this rum quite a bit with its light, sugary and juicy-grassy basic orientation. The oak barrels also present well. However, this aftertaste, which strangely reminds me of chewed insects, is a bit of an acquired taste for me and slightly spoils the drinking pleasure.

Nose: a light rum, vanilla and bourbon dominateMouth: the alcohol is very present, a slight spiciness prevails here. Very mild rum without conspicuousness.Finish: here it becomes a bit more interesting again with roasted flavors and chocolate - but fades quickly again.Very balanced rum but flat and unspectacular.
