Nose, alcohol well present. Deserves to breathe.I have pepper, menthol, toasty/bread crust style sensation (typical still). A background of ripe red fruit. In the mouth, alcohol better integrated than the batch 2. The spices (pepper) come out well. The greedy markers of the still are present. It is more greedy, fruity than batch 2. More pleasant. Nice finish, greedy and round.

08.10.2021 Enjoying some samples at home. Notes Transparent in colour. Nose Fresh, sugarcane, faint chocolate, light vegetal, faint coconut, light mineral. Palate Oily, fresh, medium dry, sugarcane, light mineral, medium spicy, spice, light citrus. Finish Medium long, medium spicy, round, sugarcane, light citrus.

On the nose, the scent of cane and the greediness of red cane, lemon and pepper. On the palate, the spicy peppery notes are more pronounced. The sweetness of the cane fades into the background, giving way to vegetable / lime notes. Cane finish, iodized, vegetal.

Belle puissance, un côté poivré-herbacé qui domine à mon sens. C'est dommage qu'on retrouve peu de fruit en bouche. Un blanc de qualité mais ce ne sera pas ma préférence

Great nose! It has a nice body and good alcohol integration. Even though it is a bit peppery, I would call it soft. It feels quite creamy and heads towards licorice but does not fully hit that note. I am not fully blown away but it is definitely a good executed agricole.
