#7322 18.09.2026 Relaxing with a few samples after attending a double birthday party. Listening to New Music Friday Denmark on Spotify. Very nice rum with an even better price tag at release. Here you get a lot for your money. Very fresh profile with fruits, herbs, floral, grass, sugarcane, spice, salt, minerals and a long finish.

On the nose, I find the leathery character of a lot of pure rum distilled in alembics. Very pleasant, with a slight "starch" in the mouth.

Wow, again such an insanely intense vegetal thing. But that kind of rum suits my taste. Besides its vegetal character, it is also quite floral and flowery. On the palate, you can also detect lime and tomato.

Superb single-varietal white rum. On the nose, flowers accompany the cane, and of course a few citrus fruits, and on the palate I'm leaning towards small aniseed and peppery notes. A truly wonderful discovery that I'd recommend, with its crunchy taste of cane and flowers!

On the nose it is heady and very fruity but also vegetal with hints of ripe tropicals, olives, pumpkin, citrus and legumes; letting it air out overall it almost seems like esters. The palate is tasty with papaya, pumpkin, herbs, fermented, pepper and citrus; quite savory on the finish with a soft sweet barrel. In the empty glass olives and fermented. (Very good after a pizza with capers and anchovies 👌)

More interesting than what I had already tasted from HBS. The cane is definitely there but very vegetal. Added to that is an iodine note, lactic fermentation, and metallic hints.
