Witzigster Fehler in der Rechtschreibung: Inodonesia 😀 anfangs sehr fruchtig nach saftiger Birne, lychee, Honig, Aprikose und Eukalyptus an der Nase, nach einer Zeit wird er dann aber extrem fleischig und vergoren, Schwefelig... geschmacklich dann etwas Birne & Honig, dann aber auch wieder diese Klebstoff und BBQ Note, sowie etwas dosen-lychees und Alpenkräuter wie Salbei, Thymian und Minze sowie Sandelholz. Klebstoff und dosen-lychees dominieren aber deutlich bis zum Schluss. spannend aber nichts für zarte Gemüter und schon gar nichts für jeden Tag!

It's not very often that you stumble upon a rum from Indonesia and speaking from experience, the rums you get in Indonesia are not always that good. This release however is really good thinking about its origin. Very fruity with rubber and nutty elements. I like the roasted almost burnt note on the palate and finish. Price to quality is very good.

Und der nächste tolle Arrack hinterher. Ist dem anderen nicht ganz unähnlich, im Grundgeschmack sind die sehr gleich. Ist jedenfalls sehr würzig, kräuterig und auch röstig. Etwas Menthol aber auch Minze lassen sich erkennen.

Arrac(k)-Tasting 2.0 von Artur. Eine spannende Tasting-Reise mit einer beeindruckenden Bandbreite an Stilen und Profilen. Von rauchig über fruchtig bis würzig war alles vertreten – teils etwas unausgewogen, teils überraschend rund. Besonders einige Abfüllungen zeigten viel Charakter und Tiefe und blieben im Gedächtnis. Ein Format, das richtig Spaß macht. Danke Artur für die Gelegenheit! 😊

Wieder einmal ein überragendes Tasting das Artur super organisiert hat. Vielen Dank in die Einführung in die Welt des Arra(c)ks. Die Verschnitte sind schon eine wahre Herausforderung an die Geschmacksnerven. Wirklich überrascht hat mich aber diese BASF Abfüllung. Meinen tiefsten Respekt für die Zeit und Mühe die dort immer wieder reingesteckt wird. Eine wirkliche Ehre immer wieder bei solchen Tastings dabei sein zu dürfen.

Arra(c)k 2.0 tasting by Artur. Un nez intéressant et disparate avec du bois de cèdre, de la banane, du thé noir et de l’amertume. La bouche est plus équilibrée mais les arômes sont un peu faibles avec en plus des tannins. La finale est moyennement longue, les fruits frais et le boisé restent longtemps.

Retasting während Arrach Attack 2.0 Tasting: Klasse Vertreter! Wenn er nicht so kuez wär hintenraus durchaus über 8 Punkte möglich. Spannend! Sehr ungewöhnliches Profil, Ananas & Pfeffer, leichte Anis Noten. Leider Nase sehr unauffällig und hinten raus recht rau. Macht einen geilen Daiquiri

Highlight des Arrack Tastings. Endlich mal etwas rund in der Muffigkeit und Zitronennote. Jod und Milchsäure. Im Abgang metallisch. Etwas C<>H für Indonesien.

"Really nic emix of herbs and fruit and rubber. Mixing well with burned notes and vegetables. I. A drink this gets some paprika warmth and banana chips. This is again a solid cave guildive. Really recommend you this arrak"
