Cut grass, fresh sugarcane and a squeeze of lime lead the way, with a briny olive note a few tasters keep flagging on the nose. On the palate it turns peppery and a touch floral, the spice cutting through all that green. There's a surprisingly thick body for a white agricole, and at 55% the alcohol sits well integrated. Nose Medium intense, fresh, banana, spice, cugarcane, light citrus, faint coconut. Palate Balanced, medium intense, fresh, banana, light citrus, light vanilla, naturally sweet, faint coconut, faint nutts. Finish Medium to long, fresh, banana, naturally sweet, spice, faint citrus.

A very nice white agricultural rum that draws on a very vegetal and floral profile on the nose, earthy and herbaceous notes mingling with hay as well as the fruity aromas of citrus (lime) and sugar cane, whose sweetness brings a lot of sweetness. The attack on the palate is more intense and biting, with notes of pepper and chili bringing a spicy side that counterbalances the vegetal and floral predominance in the mouth. Fruits, especially citrus, are not far behind. The finish, quite long, leaves this impression of fresh and dry wind, pitted by spices and enhanced by citrus. A rum that would do wonders in Ti Punch.

An excellent white agricultural. I did not experiment with added water, but smooth shows good evolution in the glass. At first the olive note is predominant, the rum slowly opens up showing then the other aromatic notes. It has good body and good overall balance

A really nice agricole, great price value ratio. On the nose, olives are really noticeable, plus agrumes and grassy notes. Drink side, no more olives, this is a grassy and agrumes driven rhum, with a nice thick body

On the nose lightly roasted vegetal notes of corn, lychee, cane, floral and creamy notes. The palate is fresh, earthy, vegetal(green peppers), floral, herbaceous and sweet, with some citrus and peppery notes on the finish. Delicious in its simplicity that lets you appreciate the La Favorite profile in its purity. In the empty glass flowers and earthiness

Description: Nose: slightly lemony, citrus, sugarcane, fresh, slightly vegetal Palate: spicy, slightly peppery, slightly aniseed, citrus, slightly lemony, slightly vegetal, slightly herbal, fresh, well balanced, very slight cinnamon note if you wait very long in the mouth. Finish: spicy, slightly lemony, fresh. Conclusion: recommended, I bought this bottle at around €48. No regrets, very good bottle.
