Another superb HSE. How good it is! The nose opens with very fruity and sweet notes. Then the woody and vanilla framework of aged agricoles. Also some cocoa. Dried fruits. On the palate, superb evolution. We go from fruity notes to darker and bitter aspects (wood, coffee). A very soft prune. It moves, it changes but it's always incredibly well balanced and very elegant. Finish of the same kind. A bit of pepper and a pleasant sensation of sweet fruit, like candy apple. Superb.

Bought directly from HSE when I was on a mission in Martinique. Excellent, rich in empyreumatic aromas and fruity flavors. One of my favorites.
