8,3:On the nose, the first impression we get is a juicy sugarcane honey with herbaceous, flowery touch, mineral and candied with spicy wood, notes like nuts and fruits like yellow, dried, tropical. On aeration, the cane gets darker with black tea and licorice, but with grassy tones, the wood helps with chocolate, pastry...Citrus is out late in the game. 8,4:On the palate, the attack is sweet with sugarcane honey, herbaceous and flowery, mineral and grassy, fermented and candied.The wood is slightly roasted with hints of caramel, after resting then with dark chocolate and marzipan, spicy with vanilla, nutmeg and pepper.The fruits are dried, yellow and citrus with an orange, lime peel and perhaps bergamot.Dry and balanced rhum. 8,2:The finish is long, dry with the palate notes lingering on, a bit bitter, there are more nuts and some late confectionery..
