Most helpful positive review
This rum needs to rest for at least 15 minutes in order to release all those lovely flavours. Very fresh from nose to palate with tropical fruits and vanilla and a hint of cane. This one is better than the one with a lower ABV. Very limited release so get one if you like Agricole.

Spirits Museum Tasting 29th of March 2025. A slightly fruity nose, but above all herbaceous and fresh. Quite pure lychee, as if lychee juice had been added. You can feel the lychee on the palate too, with a nice bitterness and acidity. The herbaceous side is very present here too. The finish is rather short.

Edit: I still don't like it neat. But now that I've experimented a little with the rum as a TiPunch, I think it's really great. That's why I've adjusted it upwards again. I think I've found my ultimate TiPunch mixer. It doesn't really suit my taste on its own. But as a mixer for a TiPunch or daiquiri, I think it's very successful.

Pere Labat is always good for a positive surprise. Alcohol is well integrated. Slight sweetness. A very intense bottling with lots of grassy notes, salmiak, olive, herbs. I did not expect this and imo a very interesting bottling.

Very very good white rum. Superb balanced. Vegetal fresh grassy notes. Overripe green grapes. A pleasant sweetness. Easy to drink. Some gin/jenever notes too.

The grassy notes are strongly emphasized, besides that I also find some green olive and luckily zero garbage bin. For my taste vanilla and pepper are a bit too short here, but that doesn't change the fact that this is still a very good Agricole Blanc for me.

Almost the end of the bottle, alas. In rum tonic with a bit of lemon and basil to enhance its herbal side, it's killer! A joy because it's so aromatically powerful and smooth at the same time. Its price hurts but a few drops are enough to make crazy cocktails. An agricultural counterpart to the Long Pond STCE white from Velier, for experienced mixologists!!

Delicious rum with typical agricole DNA with incredible freshness and a nice length on fresh herbs. The nose takes us towards citrus (lime) and a slight smell of brine reminding me of the Clairin.
