Gold Geruch: Süß und sehr fruchtig Fruchtige Esteraromen und dabei alkoholisch in der Nase. Etwas Lösungsmittel, Birne, Apfel, helle Trauben. Zudem Vanille. Geschmack: Süß, cremig und fruchtig mit Vanille im Mund, dann alkoholisch. Beim Schlucken sehr fruchtig. Zudem alkoholisch, holzig und würzig. Birnen-Apfelkompott mit Vanilleeis, Mango und Mirabelle. Abgang: Mittellang Pfeffer. Fass. Trocken, würzig und holzig im Nachgeschmack. Sehr lecker 87 Punkte

Schöner Tropfen. Der Alkohol ist sauber eingebunden. Im Geruch viel toffee mit fruchtigen tönen von Limette und grünem Apfel Der Geschmack von geröstetem Malz klingt lange nach. Leichte süße die jedoch nicht künstlich rüber kommt

Spannend. Nachdem er in der Nase vor allem fruchtig daherkommt und diesen Eindruck für einen kurzen Moment auch am Gaumen bestätigt, schlägt er dann sofort in dunkle, holzige und Schokoladige Noten um. Leider etwas scharf und alkoholisch, für 17 Jahre doch etwas überraschend. Ansonsten sehr solide. Bei weniger präsentem Alkohol und dafür etwas mundfüllenderem Aroma wäre das eine Top-Abfüllung, so ordnet sie sich in einem starken Mittelfeld ein.

Ein Rum, der erst mal viel Zeit braucht. Er riecht sehr fruchtig mit etwas Kokosnuss. Geschmacklich merkt man das nur im ersten Moment, der auch leicht scharf ist. Dann überwiegen Schokolade und Mokka. Das wirkt auch lange nach. Gefällt mir gut, wenngleich der Alkohol etwas besser eingebunden sein könnte.

Der braucht etwas Zeit im Glas, an der Nase überwiegen Ester und Zitrusfrüchte! Am Gaumen kommt dann etwas Würze und irgendwie dunkle Zimtschokolade dazu! Vielleicht auch Mokka! Der Alkohol ist gut eingebunden.. im Abgang leicht pelzig und bitter, nach Mokka und dunkler Schokolade! Ein guter Rum , aber nicht so ganz meins

Ich mag das Profil aus Haiti einfach, da es mal etwas anderes ist. Schöne Fruchtigkeit gepaart mit Vanille und schokladigen Tönen. Tolle Nase mit ordentlich Frucht und Vanille

Probiert als 2cl Sample. Mein erster Barbancourt. Fruchtige Nase nach Limette und saurem grünem Apfel mit Klebstoff und einem Hauch Vanille. Intensiv im Geschmack, wobei leider auch der Alkohol etwas stärker mitschwingt. Hier überwiegen Gewürze in Form von Zimt, rotem Pfeffer und Vanille deutlich der Frucht. Überdurchschnittlicher Rum, der jedoch nicht aus der Masse heraussticht. Der Abhang könnte etwas länger bleiben, dennoch 66€/0,5l (15.03.22) sind ein fairer Preis, jedoch sind andere TRC Abfüllungen im ähnlichen Preisbereich spannender.
