For once, nothing chemical in the process with real wild honey; the passage in the large cask brings a nice balance. I sometimes use it to replace sugar in Ti Punches that wouldn't really be accepted on Martinique soil 😂

Rum with a vegetal side, the taste of honey comes in second. I should taste it in a cocktail and/or tipunch, I think it would suit it very well.
