Pour le coup rien de chimique dans le processus avec du vrai miel sauvage le passage en foudre apporte un bel équilibre. Il m’arrive de l’utiliser pour remplacer le sucre dans des Ti Punch qui ne seraient pas vraiment acceptés sur le sol Martiniquais 😂

Rhum avec un côté végétal, le goût du miel vient en second plan. Il faudrai que je le goûte en cocktail et/ou tipunch, je pense que ça lui irai très bien.
