Caramel and cream toffee hit first, then baking spices — cinnamon, orange, a Christmas-cake feel — layered onto a sweet, liqueur-like base. Several tasters found the vanilla veers artificial and the whole thing runs "too sweet," with a body some call thin and a touch fruity. The added spices fade fast; empty the glass and it reads like any other sweet Project bottle.

A spiced rum with a Christmas vibe. Initially typically sweet with caramel and cream toffee, and fruity like the other Projects 1, 4 & 5, but then Christmas spices become noticeable, which were added. Fundamentally very round and liqueur-like, but overall not really my type of rum. When finishing the sample, the spices were almost gone and it could almost be any other Project rum.

Unfortunately not to my taste. Reminds me strongly of A.H.Riise. Very very sweet taste, like drinking pure sugar water. Will put the rest back into the sample and use it to sweeten my next cappuccino.

Reminds me directly of another Rum Projekt bottling that also smelled strongly of coconut and overall rather artificial. The taste is also not really Christmassy for me. Sweet, fruity but rather thin.
