Little Ricci evening with OVNI 1 and 2 side by side. It's a sample so take with caution but: wow! On the nose I could have said New Yamourth, on the palate it's much more complex, spicy, with lots of fruit, a pastry-like roundness and coconut too. Great!

A truly fabulous blend! Somehow all the rums, although they are so different, come together very well and result in a round but really complex rum in which no one really stands out. If you know what the components are, you can spend a long time trying to taste the individual rums. It's really fun!

Wow. Bravo Mr. Ricci. Blend that borders on excellence. It's a real rum and not a mix of different rums. A beautiful unity. The caramel, the woodiness, very indulgent with a green 'dark' side that becomes addictive. A marvel!

A very nice success this blend! For me, what dominates is this well-fat woody note that mixes with fruits like blackberry... the length on the palate allows us to enjoy this rum for a good while!
