#5656 10.09.2025 Testing a few more whites while relaxing with some nice EDM. Nose Round, light banana, woody, light herbal, light diesel, fruits, dried fruit. Palate Round, woody, oily, light citrus, light clove, light spicy, faint smoke, light caramel. Finish Medium long, fresh, oily, dried fruit, faint herbal, spice. Empty glass Light chocolate, light caramel, raisin, light gasoline. I like these raw casks and even in my sample I had some small cask leftovers.

Solid Guyana Rum with typical Port Mourant notes. vegetal notes, mushrooms, leather and dark fruits. Unfortunately rather alcoholic and edgy, probably based on continental aging. Losing out towards the finish.

Very nice raw expression of the Port Mourant still. Though quite young - tons of character and unique notes of hay and honey like cane happiness. Very solid bottling.
