get citrus upfront on the nose, followed by the smell of an extinguished campfire, faint vanilla and rock salt. I think I can keep nosing this and getting more notes all night! On the palate I get a burst of oak that seems like it could overwhelm but in a split second it tames pleasantly, paving the way for other nuances such as brown sugar, almost-green banana, and dried fruits. The finish is kind of long and leaves a pepperminty sensation similar chewing the leaf itself.
