West Indies Plantation Barbados 2014
People who like a fruity, wine-cask twist on Barbados rum are the audience here. Expect apricot and cherry up front, then a red-wine finish that one taster says almost takes over the base rum, plus vanilla, coconut and a bit of leathery shoe-wax on the nose. Several call it a nice everyday pour; a couple find it too sweet-tasting despite the dry finish.

How does West Indies Plantation Barbados 2014 taste?
Aggregated from 18 community reviews.
Fruity Barbados rum with a red-wine finish Well-liked as a fruity, wine-finished daily sipper — apricot, cherry and Christmas spice. A few say the red-wine cask nearly overpowers the Barbados rum underneath, and it reads a touch sweet.

Sehr interessanter milder Rum.
Review by Christian Rudt
