A nice rum with a great wine finish. Pleasant mix of fruit and spice on the nose. On the palate, nice apricot, the finish quite soft and dry, here the wine finish is most noticeable. A bit strict at the end.

Very versatile on the nose from warm fruity sweet to leathery shoe polish-like! On the palate initially very sweet and fruity and then somehow bacon-y! An interesting rum, but clearly too sweet for me.

Very interesting mild rum. The finish in the red wine cask is very pronounced and almost overwhelms the rum aromas too much. A nice everyday rum: not too demanding but sophisticated and complex.

I find this one interesting. You can taste the Barbados rum, which gets a nice mix of wine, cinnamon, cherry, and Christmas spices through the finish.
