Mein erster Ten Cane. Man riecht sofort, dass es sich nicht um einen Melasserum handelt, aber doch anders als Französische Agricoles. Zur pflanzlichen Note kommt ne ordentliche Portion Karamell und Vanille dazu. Am Gaumen rote Früchte, insb. saure Kirschen und Tannine/Holz, dunkle Schokolade, stark gerösteter Kaffee/Espresso, die sehr schön miteinander harmonieren. Größtes und einziges Manko ist der recht kurze, wenig intensive Abgang. Sonst würde es stark Richtung 90/100 gehen.

Delicious Ten Cane with dark fruit and toasty notes. Not the best I've tasted from there so far, but good. In addition to the dark, dry notes, I still have a grassy note that shows up only very subtly and that I can hardly grasp. Unfortunately, also a bit spicy and for that taste too much restrained. In another barrel with a little more maturity, this could have been a really strong bottling. So for me to sort rather in the midfield.

Solider Ten Cane! Fruchtig in der Nase. Im Mund anfänglich angenehme Süße, der das Würzige folgt und der Alkohol angenehm stark im Nachgang verweilt. Lecker!

Nose nice, mouth drops sharply. Too bitter for me for the young age. It gets better with water.
