How does Dugas La Maison du Rhum #4 2013 taste?
Aggregated from 28 community reviews.
Minty, licorice-tinged St. Lucia sipper Rest it it a a and glass — a light-oa, banana and vanilla open up alongside eucalyptus, licorice and mint. At 45% the alcohol sits fine, though a few tasters find it thin and simple rather than deep. Easy to sip neat, and a fair-value pour that surprised even people who don't usually get on with this bottler. Medium finish of fruit and licorice.

Review by Kevin Sorensen 🇩🇰
Before you give this rum a go, make sure you rest it for a while because that releases more flavours. The nose has very light oak to it. Fruit, vanilla is wonderfully balanced with eucalyptus, licorice and light herbal notes. The finish is medium long with fruits, licorice and vanilla. In the back there is a faint oak note.

Ač mé očekvání nebylo velké, musím přilustit, zme jsem byl překvapen. Na slepé degustaci bych se nebál tipnout TDL. Kouřově dubová vůně, s mátou a lékořicí. Alkohol integrován, mohlo by bylt vyšší abv, pepř a koření, lékořice a máte. Přijemné.

Schöner Rum mit einer herben Süße, die später mehr und mehr in Holz- und Minznoten übergeht. Insgesamt ein süffiger Tropfen mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. 👍🥃

Spicy, slightly woody and caramelized taste. Alcohol moderately integrated. Not complex enough, simple aromas and average finish. Good value for money.
