Rhum fin et gourmand. Bien équilibré. Une belle découverte pour cette jeune distillerie.

11. GRF Ein toller Agricole, netter Inhaber und ein spannendes Projekt

Very fine, elegant Agricole, dry, cookie dough/macaroon, I liked it better than its brother.

Very refreshing Agricole that reminds me in the nose of a good perfume by its floral notes.

This very young rum has magnificent freshness. The nose is powerful, with fresh cane and floral notes. On the palate, it lacks a little balance, but remains pleasant.

Not enough notes taken in the moment. To be retested. From memory, had something more than the fruit of the rains. Re-tested under the same conditions. And same impression that it is more pleasant than the rum from the other plot.

A high-quality Agricole, whose short maturation period comes into its own. A very harmonious and spicy nose. Compared to the Fruits Des Pluies, the creamy and soft tones are much more pronounced on the palate thanks to the American oak. In addition to floral and spicy elements, beautiful fruity notes such as mirabelle plums and other yellow fruits are recognizable. Floral and herbal tea notes are present and remain over the medium-long finish. If you like drinking Agricole, you can't go wrong here.

Nez pâtissier : noix de coco/vanille/zeste d’orange Bouche pimentée : épices/bois jeune Finale amère et épicée J’avoue avoir eu une claire préférence pour le blanc que sur ce ambré qui me semble un peu trop banal à mon gout. Pas assez de boisé pour que je prenne réellement du plaisir et pas suffisamment sur la canne fraîche comme peux l’être un blanc. Mais n’étant pas un grand fan des ambrés, je ne suis probablement pas le bon client …

Solider trockener Agricole.

A young rum aged in wood which offers nice sweet and spicy notes at first sight, with some floral and fruity notes and a discreet woody taste which form a rather homogeneous and soft whole. Sur leur 4 rhums disponibles à la dégustation c est celui que j ai le moins aimé. Il possède bien les spécificités d un agricole, mais j ai été dérangé par son côté trop poivré voir même pimenté. Peut être un vieillissement trop court
