Sipped neat it drinks fresh and grassy, and it really shines in a ti-punch — several members call the coconut-and-lime version a highlight. Expect fresh sugarcane, lime zest, black pepper and young French oak, with a light vanilla underneath. It's a very young agricole, so a couple of tasters find the alcohol a touch harsh and the wood a bit raw.

Tasted initially at Rhum Fest 2023. Fresher and more lemony than the bottle from the other parcel. Very pleasant. Tasted again in the quiet and found it to be a very successful rum. A surprising sweetness accompanies a well-marked cane with a strong lemon note. Very fresh. A great success.

This Rhum Agricole is complex. Rather something for connoisseurs. Oily and fine bubbly in the glass. The nose is quite complex. The taste is round and somewhat bitter out the back. The finish is dry with a slight grassy note. The rhum needs time in the glass to develop its flavors. The Ti-Punch has a pleasant spiciness, is fruity with a slight metallic taste. The finish is long.

I preferred it to Fleur du Vent. Always the same well agricultural bases, black pepper, cane, lime. I note here a bit more roundness with a bit of vanilla and cane scent. To see with longer aging, big potential, I find similarities to what makes the typicity of Depaz, notably the citrus side.

This vintage and the territory pleased me at the tasting at B.d.T. really well, he needs some time in the glass..but then he opens and the typical Agricole notes develop, despite the young age, in very balanced proportion!The PLV is top here!

Tested at the Rumfest, with a great welcome. Just the thing, I really wanted to try these new agricultural products I'd heard so much about. And in the end, I was not disappointed! What a nice surprise for such a young juice. I can't wait to see how it turns out in a few years, but it's promising. I found Fruit des pluies much better, darker and more gourmand. Compared to a Neilson profil xxx, it's defending itself really well!

Discovered at the Limoges Spirits Festival 2025. 👃 Very agricole on fresh sugarcane, vegetal, floral, on lemon zest. Really more citrus present than Fleurs du Vent. A young vanilla and peppered wood supports citrus and dried fruits. Nose still quite alcoholic though. 😋 More on citrus than Fleurs du Vent which was more vegetal and floral. Sugarcane of course but on a fruity side, citrus, dried fruits. You find the spicy and vanilla wood. A dry and precise profile. ⛳ Medium length, much more vegetal, herbal and fresh than on the nose and palate. Still very typical agricole, dry sugarcane, intense, quite alcoholic sensation. The somewhat bitter citrus ends the dance. 💡 I love their white Plein Soleil, but I find the ESB below. Let's see what it gives with more aging. NB: the Karakoli and the brin d'amour with a few more months of aging fare better for my tastes.

I was very surprised by all the releases from this destillery, especially when looking at the price tag. A very fresh rum from nose to finish with lots of cane some spices, fruits and lovely floral notes.

Curieux de voir ce que donnait cette "jeune" maison. Surpris, assez grande différence entre le nez et le goût. Au nez : canne à sucre, citron et agricole, limite l'impression d'avoir déjà un ti-punch préparé dans la bouteille. En bouche, plus sec, un peu trop "jeune" pour moi. Belle fraîcheur. Final : agricole herbacé et alcoolique. Dans l'ensemble assez bon. À regoûter.

Wahnsinnig aromatischer Agricole mit einer blumigen, holzigen und zugleich fruchtigen Nase. Zitrusnoten erweitern die Aromatik. Am Gaumen verleiht die französische Eiche eine interessante Würze, welche gut mit den pflanzlichen, frischen Tönen harmoniert. Ein leicht rauchiger Eindruck entsteht in der Nase wie auch am Gaumen. Der mittellange Abgang ist recht intensiv und bietet schöne florale Noten wie auch Kräuter, Gewürze und etwas Bitterorange. Sehr gute Preisleistung und eine Empfehlung meinerseits.

A very young Martinique with a beautiful 50%. Nose: lemony fresh with a clear rinsing aroma. Also green apple and honey. The alcohol stings a little. Behind it floral-spicy and slightly woody. Fresh green and sugar cane towards the end. Still quite young and somewhat coarse, too much dishwashing liquid for me. 7,2 Palate: fresh and herbal with lime zest and bitter orange. Spicy with clove and caraway, slightly peppery. Now it also becomes a little soapy. Somehow typical of Martinique. Sweet, like sugar dissolved in water. Young wood and green sugar cane on the finish. 7,0 Not really convincing, but actually a classic Agricole in my eyes.

My friend bought a bottle while traveling on Martinique..and gave me a sample. The nose is promising - fresh sweet sugar cane, it’s young agricole, only 2y. The color is bright, light yellow, maybe like dandelion. The taste is fresh from fruity to herbal..i want to point out that the taste was round and alcohol was already integrated - it tasted like far more older rums..no alcoholic end at all. On the other side, longer aging will add more taste complexity… I am looking forward what next years brings..this one is really promising.

The first "aged" bottlings from this distillery, this wood-aged rum has a lot to offer for its young age. The nose moves from sugarcane to more floral, vegetal and earthy notes, before returning to spices, fruit and pastry notes. The palate is fruity, with hints of citrus (lime), sugarcane, spices and freshness. The finish, a little short, leaves a more floral and grassy frame, as well as a spicy touch of pepper and nutmeg. Interesting value for money. A distillery to keep a close eye on in the years to come.

Le nez surprend par sa fraîcheur avec des marqueurs très fruités. Ça sent fortement les fruits rouges, notamment le kirsch avec un peu d'amande. On est très loin des accents pâtissiers de flan coco nappé de boisé de la Fleur des Vents. L'alcool pique un peu le nez. Un second nez apporte des fragrances assez minérales, un léger poivré, un profil assez herbacé. Il y a de l'herbe mouillée après une pluie tropicale. L'attaque en bouche est assez vive en alcool mais cet alcool est bien intégré et c'est très plaisant. La canne fraîche emplit le palais, avec une vanille délicate qui arrive tout de suite, mêlé à des notes de réglisse pas désagréable du tout. Quelques épices comme le poivre de Sichuan accompagnant un chocolat noir viennent compléter la palette aromatique en rétro-olfaction. C'est fin et très surprenant de douceur et de caractère du début à la fin. Je suis ravi de ne pas retrouver ce que je détestais chez l'autre élevé sous bois, à savoir un goût de carton mouillé trop présent (lequel disparaît totalement lors d'un Ti' punch, en faisant de ce rhum l'un de mes préférés de cette manière : le mélange coco/citron vert est un délice). La finale présente un boisé plus fin et harmonieux, avec un léger fumé. Elle est assez longue pour un rhum jeune. C'est l'un des meilleurs ESB que j'ai pu goûter pour le moment. Il surclasse les Neissons Profil 107 et Mizunara.

Le baie des trésors Fruits des pluies is a Martinican agricole rum at 50 degrees that lives up to its promises, it is generous and round. It seduced me with its fruity and woody nose, enhanced with floral touches, and a soft and balanced tasting on the palate with a long and indulgent finish.

Very good rum with a superb aroma. Fruit, fruit, fruit, alcohol, super well integrated. I really recommend this fruit of the rain which really lives up to its name, very good value for money. I think I'll get one.

The nose of Baie des Trésors Fruits des Pluies is typical for an Agricole, very vegetal and spicy. You smell young wood, thuja, herbs like oregano, and fresh, bright fruits. Pepper is present. On the palate, there are lots of herbs, thuja, lemon, and fresh oak. The taste precisely reflects the smell with oregano and (mixed) pepper. Very lightly in the background, you get sweet vanilla. On the finish, the taster experiences strong vegetal aromas like leaf green, thuja, oregano, lime, and peat. Spicy, woody, but also slightly sugary and vanilla nuances are present. High quality for the price.

Beautiful golden robe, surprising for a rum, soft and not aggressive palate, notes of candied fruits, apricot then a quite present vegetal touch at the end of the mouth. Finish on grass.

On the nose it's very focused on citrus and lemon despite being an ESB, though you also feel the young wood of the barrel, maybe new? On the palate, the young wood predominates, sugarcane in the background but not in the foreground. It has a quite pronounced bitterness that persists, linked to the wood but also to a background of bitter orange that lingers on the finish. Pleasant.

A complex and rich nose, mixing wood, vanilla, dried fruits, dried flowers and a smoky or tobacco touch. On the palate a soft and generous attack, structured and balanced between roundness and marked tannins. You find dried fruits, candied citrus, almonds and a hint of marshmallow. The finish is persistent, fresh, with roasted notes and soft spices.
