Very pleasant and approachable nose. The typical Caroni notes are joined by a great caramel marshmallow note. Nice spice and intensity on the palate. But almost a touch too biting. It becomes more elegant with a bit of dilution.

#5486 13.07.2025 Second set with the guys after a wonderful dinner at a local Italian restaurant. Nose Balanced, wood, light roasted, workshop, light mint, light anise, faint olive, light nutts, light tar, light cherry. Palate Oily, balanced, light workshop, faint banana, wood, light roasted, light olive, light tar, faint smoke, light mint. Finish Long and warm, wood, roasted, light tar, light cherry, mint, light caramel. Empty glass Light tar, mint, light leather, light olive. Needs to rest for a while to really open up properly and the empty glass is really nice.
