Aroma visualization from community tastings
A1710 La Perle Fine 2021
Fresh-cut cane, olive brine and a floral, almost salty-marine edge — this is an unaged Martinique white built around raw sugarcane juice. Several tasters call the nose powerful and honeyed, the palate oily with citrus zest and a little ginger spice. At 67.5% the alcohol runs hot but reads well-integrated to most. One reviewer found it "un peu trop végétal" — too green for their taste.
The community says- Pure cane-juice character
- Floral, marine nose
- But: Very high ABV

Powerful, cane-and-brine agricole white Most love it as a pure, no-additive cane-juice white with a marine, herbal streak. A few find it too vegetal or the high ABV a touch rough.

Review by Émile Shevek

A very seaworthy rum with a clear pot still influence. Fresh and successful.
