Finally managed to try the sample set from TheDunderHut together with DomM. Very tasty this time, thanks a lot for the compilation. As always, it was a feast to be able to try these rare bottlings.

Dark notes on the nose. Burnt sugar and mokka, a hint of raisins. Similar on the palate. Lots of dark notes (wood, coffee, cocoa) and a lot of plums. Pretty nice. Very Guyana forwards in my mind. Only downwards is the rather short finish. Thanks for the set, Artur!

Etwas eigen im Geschmacksbild, durch die Reduktion auf 40% wirkt der Rum zunächst etwas gezähmt, leichte Holznoten, dann sattes Karamell und ein paar getrocknete Früchte. Das Karamell wirkt etwas zu präsent und wurde vermutlich nicht nur für die Farbe eingesetzt. Holt mich leider nur bedingt ab.

Danke Artur für das besondere Tasting Set von raren Red-Heart Flaschen. Eine kulinarische Reise in eine vergangene Zeit. No 2. Die Abfüllung ist mir viel zu karamellig, röstig und aber vor allem verbrannt.
