#5995 25.11.2025 Relaxing with a few samples while watching the new version of Crow. Nose Fresh, medium intense, light caramel, wood, tannins, light nutts, olive, citrus, faint herbal. Palate Oily, wood, light roasted, medium intense, light herbal, olive, light salt, light nutts, light tannins, astringent, berries. Finish Very long and warm, wood, light tannins, dry, berries, light nutts, faint polish, light licorice. Empty glass Licorice, light citrus, light polish, berries, faint caramel. This beast needs to rest for a good while to really settle the wood and ABV properly.
