Unusually fruity / floral caroni. I like really well could only have a little more power. But the flavor profile is already very tasty mMn!

This nose, too, has an agricultural side, with yellow fruit and unripe tropical fruit supported by an aroma of sewing-machine oil. It also has vivacity and a spicy, floral side. The palate is not very harmonious, with clashing aromas. You have to look for the mechanical workshop, present but in the background. The finish is quite long, with charming floral aromas (violets) that lift this rum in my esteem. One of the rare Caronis with flowers! Thanks to Steffen for the sample.

Rubber but unlike many caronis I know no worn burnt rubber tire but rather reminiscent of a fresh bicycle hose you just get out of its package. Surprisingly mild and pleasant. Nevertheless intense and complex

02-09.04.2022 This was crazy week, where some friends and I rented a nice summerhouse on Rømø. The plan was to go nuts for a whole week with different rums without going overboard. The final agreement came to 6 rums a day and then enjoy nice walks or ferry rides during the day. Notes Dark in colour. Nose Fresh, sweet, light wood, faint smoke, spice, light floral, dried fruit. Palate Oily, sweet, wood, light roasted, light floral, spice, warm, light workshop. Finish Medium long, warm, sweet, oily, light floral, light chocolate, faint caramel. Extra note. This is a pretty sweet Caroni and an atypical profile. I'm not sure ir it's elderberry I pick up in the profile.

A fruity, round Caroni that is relatively sweet. However, it doesn't have the sweetness of burnt rubber, but a caramel sweetness that I haven't experienced from Caroni before. Overall, however, too round, too sweet and not dirty enough for Caroni. Unfortunately, what you love so much about Caroni is missing here. Nevertheless, not a bad rum and perhaps a good introduction for Caroni newcomers because it is smooth. But unfortunately far too expensive, the price matches the name at best, not the quality at all...

Not bad in its own right. Light, approachable and reasonable fruity. However, (and unsurprisingly) very much not comparable to a HTR profile we do crave from Caronis.

Very accessible and drinkable Caroni. Rather on the sweet, round side. Personally, I miss the rough edges. Floral and anise notes dominate.

For me, too sweet and herbal for a Caroni and too little zest (ABV), relatively sweet. The workshop feeling is more like the workbench of a craft workshop from TV...too tidy. Subtle nose. Everything rather restrained except for the sweetness. More herbs with time.
