Quite disappointed for a rum that was voted "Best of Class" at the SFWSC in 2022. But, I remain measured on the note being a beginner. To the nose as to the taste: pastry, anise, licorice, chocolate, as well as vanilla glaze. It reminds me of Napotitain cake. Finally, herbal notes (to be defined).
