Dictador SEDUCTIVO 1994
If you like your rum smoky rather than sweet, this Colombian 24-year is worth a look. Unusually peaty and tobacco-driven for the origin — one taster even calls the smoke "torfig" (peaty). Under it sit coffee, roasted wood, prunes and just a light caramel touch. The 44.2% heat is well integrated, mildly astringent, and the finish runs long. Bottled at this strength for the Austrian market.

Unusually smoky, partly peaty aromas. Tobacco, Christmas spices. Well-integrated spiciness, slightly astringent. No solera. 70% column 30% pot still. Sugar 0.

Ron con personalidad. Tiene un cuerpo tranquilo que se desarrolla lentamente y va añadiendo al carácter de la bebida. Su tono ahumado le da más capas a su sabor y lo transforma en una experiencia única.
