CDI Indonesia 2013
Green pepper, fresh sugarcane and floral notes lead — this Indonesian pot-still tastes like nothing on your usual shelf. There's turmeric-ginger spice, lychee and a bitter-sour papaya edge, with honey and lemon on the nose. Several tasters call it a proper oddity worth exploring, though a few find the body thin and a little watery at 45%. One to take slowly, not to pour by the tumbler.

How does CDI Indonesia 2013 taste?
Aggregated from 19 community reviews.
Green, floral Indonesian oddity worth a slow sip Everyone agrees it's genuinely different — green, floral, spicy and interesting. The catch: some find it thin and lacking depth, more curiosity than everyday drinker.

Ein weiterer Exot, aus Indonesien. Interessante Nase.

Sweet and fruity in the nose giving the sensation of marshmallows or bubblegum. Fruits and floral notes on the palate. Something like a sweet Obstler maybe… feels a bit thin and watered down unfortunately.

Very different to the CDI Indonesia 10y. Intense & floral after red pepper, bitter-sour papaya, ginger, turmeric, rose & lemongrass. Some lychee, some pear, plus intense notes of mainly green but also some red bell pepper and chili. Turmeric ginger tea lingers in the finish along with a slight acidity. Take your time with this one and try it over 2 days. I'm very happy to have a bottle, now I just need the 10y old one again🤣

Geschmacklich mal was anderes.

Definitely not worth the price. It is an okay rum. But I've had much better for much fewer.

Interessant.

Sehr gut ausgewogen. Roter Pfeffer im Abgang. Ziemlich gut

Mal was ganz anderes. Sehr grün und floral ohne Agricole. Schön komplex. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Hat ein klein wenig was von Trinidad

Very anise-y. Fresh sugarcane juice. Arak obviously. Eucalyptus. Cool stuff.
