8,2:On the nose, notes of pure, thick molasses, roasted wood with caramel and nuts, dark chocolate, spicy, coppery and dried fruits, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, pastry and baked apples are out, roasted nuts, allspice, as the molasses becomes vegetal. 8,3:On the palate, the attack is sweet with roasted wood notes like caramel, later pastry, gingerbread and coffee, buttery, spicy with pepper and baking spices, fruity with apple, dried fruits and on oxidation, berries, as the molasses is vegetal, when aired well, floral and minty, slight metallic patina crawls in. 8:The finish is medium long, medicinal, dry and tannic, sweet with roasted wood notes, spicy and fruity with green fruits, the molasses participates pencil shavings. Beautiful Plantation in my opinion. The nose is mainly fruity, tropical and dried fruits are recognizable, but also some peach. On the palate, the fruitiness is then limited to apple, tasting very herbal here.

Has a sweet, nutty, chewy finish. Assuming that's the dosing. This would be ok in a mixed drink maybe, but just isn't my thing.

Very palatable, sweet Guyana from Plantation. As usual with a little sugar. Smells of caramel and marzipan, tastes creamy and nutty. The alcohol is well integrated, but it needs to breathe briefly, For an undemanding evening :/)
