Vanilla, coconut and dark chocolate over the usual Foursquare oak — a mellow, faintly sweet cask-strength Barbados. The thing everyone flags is the alcohol: at 60.9% it reads a bit unintegrated, hot and rough around the edges rather than seamless. Foursquare is a distillery from Barbados producing amazing rums for everyday sipping. It's a rum especially appreciated by rum lovers who are fed up with sugar and are looking for a gentle, sweet rum full of coconut, vanilla, chocolate and caramel. Simply pleasant and not aggressive flavors.

This is like a mellow ECS. Typical Foursquare notes just not quite cranked up all the way. Very nice sipper, but drinking it along side the Rasta Morris and that one is clearly better. This would be a nice everyday version, versus a pull out when guests come over.
