Very good rum in the pure A1710 style, very vegetal, very fresh, with fermented cane on the nose and sweetness on the palate. Fresh finish.

Enjoying a few samples watching my wife pack for her Japan trip. Nose Fresh, round, light floral, sugarcane, olive, light herbs, light mineral, citrus. Palate Oily, fresh, light anise, floral, olive, light salt, sugarcane, light mineral, light grass, citrus. Finish Medium long, fresh, oily, citrus, light floral, olive, light salt. Empty glass Olive, floral, herbs, faint grass.

The usual a1710 frame, where you can feel the still. Leather, metallic notes and even a hint of truffle, but with plenty of fruit (pear, kiwi, etc.) and a lovely floral note.
