Reminds me of the Clairin Sajous from the Oloroso Cask. Just a little less depth. Nice "entry" Clairin, which comes less brachial and daunting.

"Nope this is not the same quality of veliers iterations. Unfortunately there is this weird yeast note, that really puts me off the whole thing. It really shows how excellency is a careful choice. Happy to have tried this"
