Very different rum. Practically all taste is around dried fruits, cherry, dactile, figs, red fruits. All are there some more some less. Very little caramel and it isn't typical light, but closer to dark. I think it is fantastic product. Different, but not crazy rum. Very little sweetness, but not dry. I would definitely pick this when I would be tired of caramelish rums

My first rum from Peru. It has characteristics of a young solera. Quite concentrated, a contradiction between dried fruits (raisin and dates) and a spicy bitterness (coffee, pepper). Used barrel.
