Very unusual profile. Dirty and quite in-your-face. On the nose Caroni light. The 52% feels like over 60, but not in a negative way. Rubber, fruits, rice paper and dried fruits. It works relatively well with the sweetness. Worth trying once.

Sancti Spiritus has a unique taste.

With such an alcohol level, I was afraid for my nose hairs.... What a mistake... You find a little nose of burnt wood... A bit Caroni... But its own identity clearly present in the molasses. On the palate, the alcohol enhances the floral effluvia, then the roasted and woody notes take over. A beautiful finish with roasted wood all along... Beautiful product.... For those who want to discover a unique product...
