You immediately recognize the Saint James signature with this unparalleled woodiness! Another very good rum from Ferroni that will delight fans of the French Antilles, especially Saint James lovers. On the palate, the viscous texture of Venice balm is felt. However, the very vivid image of an old house in autumn and all the accompanying smells remain.

A lovely, well-balanced armonious rum.

Lots of wood and dried fruits on a green base. You recognize the toasted wood of Saint James. Grape is present on the nose and palate, especially on the sweet finish. The composition is outside the classic agricoles and produces a surprising and pleasant whole. The aromatic complexity is remarkable.

Top for the price! My main gripe is that the Venetian beaume seems to overpower the rum, and can be disgusting...

Very woody, dry and powerful. Very complex for its young age, the alcohol is perfectly integrated with a woody, spicy finish that is quite long. I really enjoyed this rum, which is well worth the price.
