Toucan 2015 – 48% Premier rhum vieux de la gamme, distillé en colonne créole à partir de canne rouge en Guyane, mais étonnamment vieilli dans le Gers en fûts de bas-armagnac. Et bien pour une première, ce n’est pas un franc succès… Peut-être que l’élevage en bas-armagnac se marie mal avec ce style guyanais, ou alors que le rhum est encore trop jeune. Résultat : bien trop épicé à mon goût. Direction le crachoir.
