Very good Caroni, which is already borderline on the side of bitterness, Dreckigkreit and wood notes.

Good Caroni, classic profile. Dirty notes with wood, spice and heavy sweetness. Far from the Velier Olympus, but still compelling and further evidence that the 1999 vintage deserves attention.
