Anyone easing into agricole on a soft, low-key bottle will get the most out of this. It's light and mild — toast, sweet vanilla, a little honey, then anise and dried apricot on a short finish. The grassy cane side stays faint; a couple of tasters barely found it at all. At 40% it's gentle and easy, which is the whole point and also the main gripe.

09.01.2019 Enjoying samples at home. Colour Medium dark in colour. Nose Light sood, sweet, berries, spice, spice, light caramel, light floral. Palate Light, sweet, light wood, spice, light cherry, lightly biter, faint caramel, light anise, light dry, berries. Finish Short to medium, light wood, sweet, spice, berries, light roasted, cinnamon.

Haut mich nicht gerade um. Zu dünn und zu eindimensional, da gibt es spannenderes, auch in dieser Preisklasse.

Wäre interessant zu erfahren, welche Destillerie dahintersteckt. Ohne direkten Vergleich würde ich ihn zu Reimonenq stecken. Gefällt mir gut, auch wenn er natürlich insgesamt zu dünn ist.
