Zusammen in der kleinen Runde der Franconian Tasting Gang verkostet. Muss mal wieder einfach was schreiben um diese zweihundert Wörter zusammen zu bringen. 😅 Der Rum wäre einfach nur kurz durch ein einziges Wort zu beschreiben: GENIAL Danke an Serge den Spender.

Ohne direkten Vergleich mit der einfachen Flaschengröße (schon ne Weile her). Aber ohne jetzt verkrampft n die 0,7 Liter Abfüllung zu denken rieche ich hier viel Safran, Honig, Vanille, etwas Brioche und auch etwas Sauerkirsche. Auch am Gaumen liefert er ab und ich bin vollauf begeistert. Aus der Erinnerung etwas weniger Parfumiert und etwas mehr Safran und Honig.

Nez assez simple sur le boisé, la vanille cuite et le végétal La bouche après quelque temps dégage une impression forte et intense, sur la sève sèche, sur le chocolat blanc, sur les fruits rouges..genre griotte ! De la colle sèche, sur le vernis séché, d'un coup le zan, les bonbons Car acidulés et sucrés, étonnant, retour boisé, vanillé et fruité confit avec une trace de tabac La finale est longue, intense sur les cerises confites, l'extrait de vanille concentré, le caramel bien beurré et la sève séchée, comme la colle blanche sèche,
