Barbancourt anni 60 aged 8 years in one of the most pristine places on the planet! Unlike the 15 years, the wood is perfectly integrated and does not leave such a bitter note, everything is balanced and has a beautiful mix between wood and fruit, caramelized fruit and citrus I have to say it's really one of the best drinks I've had this year!

This is from a tasting on 26.01.1991, where I met new friends that I still see today. Notes i have on this bottle. Very dark in colour and super well balanced. Very fruity almost like a fruitcake. The wood is subtle and completes the profile.
